CIVIC DINNER BROUGHTON
Dear Chris
I would like to thank you personally for the wonderful food that you provided for the Broughton Civic dinner. There were 11 mayors there from all over North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire and I hope that this gives more people the opportunity to enjoy your work. The service from the waiting on staff was excellent, each knew exactly what they were doing, which they did without fuss or intrusion.

Now that we have returned from our holiday, we just wanted to say a big thank you for your part in making the Diamond Wedding party such a success. We all had a wonderful time and both the buffet and the dinner were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The food and service were impeccable. Garden Party, Cleethorpes
Dear Chris,
Many thanks for catering our summer party for us. Everyone commented how much they enjoyed the food, and it was so much easier for us than trying to barbeque (badly) for all of those people. We actually had time to talk to our guest while you took care of everything. Thanks again for such a professional service and and some great food.

Wedding

Just a note to say a big big thank you for the excellent catering you provided on 17th September for Julie and Neil's wedding. We have had lots of 'thank you' cards and letters saying how lovely the food was and that all of your staff were very very good and helpful and that the food was hot and served all together which meant such a lot to us, so please thank them all and yourself on our behalf.

40th Birthday party...in a marquee..
Dear Chris, we can't thank you enough for such a wonderful meal on Saturday night. For us it wasn't just the meal which which you managed so professionally it was the whole organisation before hand, you are a great communicator with good ideas and you were so flexilble about our arrangements. I have loved working with you and thanks again for making our special night the great success it was.
